At Champny's Fireworks, we want you to sparkle in your new attire, but if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
